Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date it was received.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Items not subject to return will be so indicated in the item description.

All returns must be shipped with proof of purchase in order to be eligible for a refund or credit. Once your item is received, we will notify you that we have taken delivery of your item. After inspecting the item, we will then update you on your refund status.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You should receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Some items may not be subject to a refund, in which case we will provide you with a credit against future purchases.

You will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs and for fully insuring the items being returned.

Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped within 48 hours on business days (Monday - Friday).

We use UPS, FedEx and the US Postal Service to fulfill orders.

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information to allow you to track your package.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, shape of your products, and your location. Before final order submission, you will have a chance to review any shipping costs and may abandon your order if you so choose.

If an item goes on backorder, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the backordered item becomes available, we will ship you the remainder of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
